This song was written out of a deep longing for my mother who passed many years ago. In the summer of 2012, one day, after walking in a very special spot in the woods, I was overwhelmed with an intense Mothering Love that was undeniably the most perfect Love I'd ever felt, I was connecting to the Great Mother Gaia and I was being guided by my own mother's dear spirit~and this song spilled out of my heart, along with tears of healing! It was extremely cathartic for me and I hope it is for you as well.
lyrics
I Am Wrapped In The Arms of My Mother
I am wrapped in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am wrapped,
I am wrapped in the arms of my Mother...
I am safe in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am safe,
I am safe in the arms of my Mother…
I am loved in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am loved,
I am loved in the arms of my Mother...
I am free in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am free,
I am free in the arms of my Mother...
I can breath in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I can breath,
I can breath in the arms of my Mother…
I can sing in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I can sing,
I can sing in the arms of my Mother…
I can be in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I can be,
I can be in the arms of my Mother…
I am grace in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am grace,
I am grace in the arms of my Mother...
I am love in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am love,
I am love in the arms of my Mother…
I am wrapped in the arms of my Mother (3x),
I am wrapped,
I am wrapped in the arms of my Mother.
